At Deutsch Atkins, P.C., we take great pride in the legal services we provide to plaintiffs in workplace discrimination and employment matters throughout New Jersey and New York, so we are understandably gratified when our achievements are recognized by peers and professional organizations. We are excited to announce that in 2018, Deutsch Atkins attorneys are all recognized by Super Lawyers, a highly regarded rating service of lawyers in each state.

Three of our attorneys already included on the New Jersey Super Lawyers list have been named again this year:

  • Neil H. Deutsch (2006–2007, 2009–2018)
  • Bruce L. Atkins (2005–2018)
  • Adam J. Kleinfeldt (Rising Stars, 2014; Super Lawyers, 2015–2018)

The selections for this esteemed list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters legal division based in Eagan, Minnesota. Each year, they undertake a rigorous multiphase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys in each state.

Our three associate attorneys were selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list:

  • Michael Malatino (2018)
  • Carly Skarbnik Meredith (2013–2018)
  • Brittany L. Primavera (2016–2018)

To be eligible for the Rising Stars list, an attorney must be either younger than 40 or in practice for fewer than ten years. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in a state are named to the Rising Stars list.

We are honored by our inclusion on these lists and grateful that our firm has been recognized by colleagues and clients alike.

Our accomplished employment litigators at Deutsch Atkins, P.C. provide New Jersey and New York workers with the exceptional advice and advocacy they deserve. If you have been the victim of discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages or any other type of job mistreatment, please call 551-245-8894 or contact us online to schedule a free initial consultation at one of our offices, located in Hackensack, NJ; Manhattan; and Pearl River, New York.
