Senior Paralegal
As Senior Litigation Paralegal, Kimberly brings over 25 years of experience to Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C., working collectively with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation. Beginning with the initiation of a case, Kimberly works closely with our clients throughout the discovery period which includes conducting research, preparing for depositions, preparing discovery responses, assisting in the preparation of discovery motions and assisting in trial preparation and trial support. Kimberly’s prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at McCarter and English, LLP. She is a cum laude graduate of Montclair State College, New Jersey, from which she earned a BA in Speech and Theatre Arts/Dance Education and holds a dual N.J. Teacher’s Certification in English/Theatre Arts grades K-12. In her spare time, Kimberly’s passion is teaching dance and she also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
