Marianne Schwartz is a Litigation Paralegal with Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C. Ms. Schwartz is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.  She also has an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which she completed with Honors.  Her background in the health care industry and her experience as an intern with Bergen County Superior Court help bring a unique perspective to her paralegal responsibilities here. Marianne volunteers as an ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor.


Kimberly A. Vele

Paralegal

Kimberly brings over 15 years of experience to Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C. as a Paralegal, working collectively with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation. Beginning with the initiation of a case, Kimberly works closely with our clients throughout the discovery period, conducting research, preparing for depositions, reviewing and preparing documents for production and assisting in trial preparation and trial support. Kimberly’s prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at McCarter and English, LLP. She is a cum laude graduate of Montclair State College, New Jersey, from which she earned a BA in Speech and Theatre Arts/Dance Education. In her spare time, Kimberly’s passion is teaching dance and she also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.


Rachel Korinski

Legal Staff

Rachel joined Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt in February 2022. She graduated from Ramapo College in 2021 with a B.A of history and a minor in anthropology. She is a member of Phi Alpha Theta (a history honor society) as well as The National Society of Leadership and Success. She is an aspiring law student hoping to further her education in the future.
