Burr Blvd., Teaneck, NJ 07666 on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The topics for the seminar are: "The Laws Protecting "At-Will" Employees, "Wrongful" Termination and Severance Packages." Among the laws to be discussed will be the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination ("LAD"), New Jersey Conscientious Protection Act ("CEPA") and the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA').
