Burr Blvd., Teaneck, NJ 07666 on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The topics for the seminar are: “At-Will employees DO have rights, laws DO provide protection, and severance packages ARE negotiable." Among the laws to be discussed will be the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination ("LAD"), New Jersey Conscientious Protection Act ("CEPA") and the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA').
