Jason T. Mushnick concentrates his practice on representing C-suite and other executives, directors, managers, and public and private employees in disputes involving discrimination, unequal pay, whistleblowing, and wage and hour laws. He has successfully represented clients in both State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Jason consults his clients on a wide range of matters including employment and separation agreements, accommodation requests, hostile work environments, retaliation, and wrongful terminations. Jason is a staunch advocate on behalf of his clients for women’s rights in the work place, including equal pay and pregnancy laws, as well as protections from racial, religious, age, and disability discrimination.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an Associate at two prominent northern New Jersey law firms. He has represented and advised public and private entities in a wide range of matters, including labor and employment, public contract negotiations, land use, and litigation.

Jason received his B.A. from the Boston University, Questrom School of Business, in 2009. Thereafter, he attended and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. During law school, Jason interned for the Hon. Esther Salas, U.S.D.J. and the Hon. Lawrence M. Maron, J.S.C.

Upon graduating law school, Jason served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Christine M. Vanek, J.S.C. during the 2014-2015 term and the Hon. Joseph A. Turula, J.S.C. during the 2015-2016 term.

Jason is admitted to the New York, New Jersey and North Carolina State Bars. He also has served on the District XII Ethics Committee in Union County.
