Carly J. Skarbnik, Esq. is an associate with Deutsch Atkins, P.C. in Hackensack, NJ.  She graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 2006 and earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. 

Prior to graduating from Seton Hall, Carly was a member of the Family Law Clinic at Seton Hall University Law School's Center for Social Justice and served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S.D.J. 

Carly served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. from 2009-2010.

Carly is admitted to the New Jersey and New York state bars as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
