He earned his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Malatino served as judicial intern to the Hon. W. Terrence O'Brien of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, and the Hon. Mary Jane Bowes of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He was a summer associate with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services in Harrisburg, PA, and volunteered to assist families with housing and mortgage issues through the Urban League of the Greater Pittsburgh Area. He is a 2006 graduate of The College of New Jersey.
