Sheila E. O'Shea-Criscione received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts in 1988. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, New York in 1992 and she served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Bruce A. Gaeta, J.S.C., 1992-1993. Ms. O'Shea-Criscione is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars.

Additionally, Ms. O'Shea-Criscione has been a professor at Montclair State University since 1993 and a Trustee on the Paramus Board of Education.
